Every single one of our products are unique due to the natural variability of gemstones. There will be inclusions, slight size and color variations, and inclusions, which are considered natural characteristics, not flaws. Due to the unique, natural, and delicate nature of gemstone jewelry, please follow the care instructions. While we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship, natural stones may have inclusions, variations in color, and are susceptible to chipping or cracking if handled roughly.
Photography
Some products may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item. Please check sizing when ordering an item.

Care, Maintenance, and Limitations
Special Cleaning: Many gemstones cannot be placed in ultrasonic or steam cleaners. Avoid Chemicals: We advise not to wear gemstone jewelry while cleaning, showering, or applying lotion/perfume, as these may damage or discolour the stones. Damage Liability: Damages resulting from improper care (e.g., breaking a stone due to impact) are typically not covered under product returns.
