Free Delivery Worldwide

XOIAX ships all orders free, worldwide.

All orders from the USA and the Rest of The World will be shipped via International Express delivery. Delivery will take up to 15 working days depending on customs clearance. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number to track the status of your parcel. In the event of exceptions due to certain zones and customs rules, you will be informed.

You are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes your local customs deems appropriate. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact value of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country. Please consult your local customs office for information before placing an order.

Payment and Return Policy

XOIAX transactions are securely handled by Shopify & Atome.

Merchandise is accepted for exchange or credit, if returned in unused, original condition with original packaging within 14 days accompanied by the original e-receipt. Customer shall bear the cost of shipping and receive a non-refundable merchandise credit redeemable only at XOIAX.com.

Custom-made, engraved, or personalised pieces, are excluded from returns.

Returns are generally processed between 8-10 business days from receipt, with email confirmation.

Exclusions: Wear and tear, such as scratching, chipping, or losing a stone, is not covered by our return policy, whereas manufacturing defects are covered.

Customisation, Support and Enquiries

If you have purchased a bracelet that doesn't fit, we will resize it for free. All courier charges will be borne by the customer.
