How to Measure Wrist Size:
- Wrap a flexible tape measure or strip of paper snugly around the wrist bone.
- Mark the point where the ends meet.
- Measure the length against a ruler to determine the exact wrist circumference.
Standard Size Chart:
- Small (S): 14.0cm – 15.0cm (5.5" – 5.9")
- Medium (M): 15.5cm – 16.5cm (6.1" – 6.5") (Standard Fit)
- Large (L): 17.0cm – 18.0cm (6.7" – 7.1")
Custom Sizing: For a tailored wrist size outside of the standard range, select Custom at checkout or contact customer services immediately after placing an order to provide exact measurements.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
30-Day Return Window: Returns or exchanges for any XOIAX piece are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: To be eligible, items must be in perfect, unworn, and unaltered condition. All original tags must remain attached, and the piece must be returned in complete original packaging (signature keepsake box, pouch, and ribbon). Pieces showing signs of wear or alteration are not accepted.
Defects & Repairs: In the rare event of a hardware defect or transit issue, contact client services within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an immediate priority replacement.
Final Sale Items: Custom-sized pieces, bespoke orders, and archived Vault collections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is present.
